Bob and John’s pproach is defeinitely different from all the other “sales” books I’ve ever read! For example, when was the last time you were told that you would get new business by thoughtlessly referring potential prospects to your competition? Well, this quick read proves is that not only can you get new business from it, but you might even get more in return than what you originally gave in the first place.

I fell in love with this book and its message of hope. In a time when most bosses treat their staff with less respect than their dogs, and corporations continually try to pull the wool over their consumer’s eyes, this book is proof that profits and love can coexist. Yes, I said, “love.” When people are filled with love they tend to care about what’s best for the common good. When they are filled with greed (the blood which flows through the veins of all too many famous CEOs) serve people and not the other way around.
