I’m going to keep this brief because I think everything that needs to be said, is said in the video I created for you, below.

But just in case you need convincing to actually WATCH this video, then let me tell you a little bit about it.

I’ve been talking about GRATITUDE for a while now.  I wrote a book about it titled, Gratitude and Goals.

I even created a course about it called, The Amazing Power of Gratitude.

Yeah, I’m getting a little sick and tired of hearing myself talk about it too!

But here’s the thing. Gratitude DOES matter.

When you understand the truly amazing power it has as a life-changing, perception-altering, high-vibe creating tool. How it can transform your life if you know HOW to use it, and when you actually start practicing it, especially the way I teach it.

Then you begin to see how powerful gratitude is and WHY it’s so super- important you learn about it.

Watch this video.  You’ll be happier you did!

With love and gratitude,

So often people will say, “I want to feel more grateful, but I don’t want to spend all day writing in a journal. How can I become a more grateful person, quicker?

Gratitude isn’t this thing that has to be done with a pen in hand and a fancy journal to write in.  It’s a feeling you’re looking to achieve, not an assignment you’re needing to complete.

It’s time to turn being grateful into something that is quick, easy and you can do anywhere, at any time of the day.

Here’s one way you can practice gratitude, and become a more grateful person in less than 3 minutes a day…

The Rampage of Appreciation

This is a very simple expertise that you can literally do anywhere and at anytime.

In the video  (which was originally a Facebook Live, that’s why my head is cut off and I sound bit I explain what a rampage of appreciation is, how to do it and I even give you an example rampage for your reference.

You can literally be grateful for anything and everything if you realize everything is in your life to serve and benefit you!

I would love to hear from you! In the comments below, let us know…

Did you try the rampage of appreciation? How did it feel?

Do you have any other gratitude practices you use that are really effective?

With love and gratitude,

Happy Friday!

Ok, I’m going to be totally upfront.  I know I’ve been a really crappy friend to you.

I admit it.

You were kind enough to take my 30 Day Gratitude Challenge, or maybe you made your way onto my email list some other way.

Either way, you trusted me to provide you with valuable tips, advice, resources and maybe even a little love…and I failed you.

I have to be totally honest. I’ve been feeling shy. Stick a video camera in my face and you won’t be able to shut me up. But email?! That’s where I’ve been feeling insecure and uncertain, my friends.

So I stayed away 🙁

But, I’m excited to say, “I’m back!”  I”ve been taking some courses, learning how to talk to you – how to serve you in a very beautiful way via email. I have a bunch of things I’m looking forward to sharing with you, and an action plan to make it happen.

I’m all about making it happen in 2017!

I’m starting today with this brand new initiative called, My Favorite Finds Friday!

Each Friday I’m going to send you an email, just like this one, featuring my Top 5 Favorite Finds of the week.  This will include blog post or articles, videos, books, tips, advice, as well as some other goodies and freebies!

This will also include an affirmation you can use for the next seven days, as well as a gratitude tip, or exercise for you to practice.

So, let’s begin…

My Favorite Finds For this Friday are…

1) Article:  5 Ways To Stop Procrastinating by Wanda Krause via

The author explains how creating healthy habits will help you finally put procrastination to bed. I learned from my own personal experience that procrastination and lack of good habits (and too many bad habits) keeps us from achieving our dreams and goals. And that’s why we’re here, right? To dream, but also to feel what it’s like to achieve those dreams and to live the life we desire and deserve.

2) Video:  How To Place Your Future in The Hands of God by Marianne Williamson.

Marianne explains how we can be saved from our fear based thinking by surrendering our worries to God. I’ve experienced many amazing miracles because I surrendered my fears over to God (use whatever terms feels appropriate for you). This video will teach you how you can too.

3) Book:  Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself: How To Lose Your Mind And Create A New One by Dr. Joe Dispenza.

I’ve just finished reading this book and I have to say, I truly believe it should be mandatory reading for everyone, especially high school kids.  There is so much information provided that will teach you about the Law of Attraction, how your brain works and how you can re-wire your brain to work with the Law of Attraction and receive the abundance you desire.  There is a free meditation with the book included as well!

4) Affirmation (to practice this week):  “I love myself.”  Say it all day, every day (as much as you can) for the next seven days and watch miracles take place in your life!

5) Gratitude Tip: You’ve been given gifts and talents that only you can share with the world. Take time this week to be grateful for all your talents and your gifts.

Grab a pen and paper and write them ALL down. Then take a moment and say, “thank you” to each one for all the joy they’ve bought you in the past and continue to bring you. But more importantly, think about how you can use these gifts to start doing what you truly love and want to do.  Life is too short to be spent building someone else’s dream. Your gifts and your talents hold the key to the life you’ve always dreamed of living.

Have a fabulous weekend 🙂

With love and gratitude,
