Are Your Dreams Trying To Get Your Attention?
Today I was lucky enough to be able to sit outside on a patio, with the warm sun beating down on my back, and enjoy sipping a tea while meeting with a new coaching client.
This was the first time we met professionally so I was a little unsure if I was going to be able to help her. (I’m always a little nervous before that very fist meeting). She opened up about all the things that were causing her stress in her life – her apartment, her boyfriend, etc. And I listened.
When she was finished she said, “Why is all this happening to me? I’m a good person. I’m positive, etc.”
I told her that maybe all of this stuff that she thought was happening to her, was not actually happening “to” her. But instead, it was happening “for” her.
Silence and intrigue…
Maybe something much bigger than her – call it God, her Higher Self, spirit guides, the Universe, Source energy – whatever you call it, was trying to make her uncomfortable and actually kick her out of her current situation. And no matter how hard she tried to make all these situations in her life work, they wouldn’t co-operate because they weren’t meant to be part of her life anymore.
I helped her realize, that her dreams – those things I she had put in a proverbial closet in the back of her mind, were trying to get her attention.
Check out the video below to find out what happened next, and how YOU can find out if your dreams are trying to get your attention. Then leave a comment below and let me know what your thoughts are.
PLEASE share this post with anyone you think might be struggling with this very thing right now and needs a little kick in the butt.
