How To Become A More Grateful Person In Less Than 3 Minutes A Day

So often people will say, “I want to feel more grateful, but I don’t want to spend all day writing in a journal. How can I become a more grateful person, quicker?

Gratitude isn’t this thing that has to be done with a pen in hand and a fancy journal to write in.  It’s a feeling you’re looking to achieve, not an assignment you’re needing to complete.

It’s time to turn being grateful into something that is quick, easy and you can do anywhere, at any time of the day.

Here’s one way you can practice gratitude, and become a more grateful person in less than 3 minutes a day…

The Rampage of Appreciation

This is a very simple expertise that you can literally do anywhere and at anytime.

In the video  (which was originally a Facebook Live, that’s why my head is cut off and I sound bit I explain what a rampage of appreciation is, how to do it and I even give you an example rampage for your reference.

You can literally be grateful for anything and everything if you realize everything is in your life to serve and benefit you!
